📦 Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • High season (sales or holidays): May take up to 5 business days.
    Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • United Kingdom & EU countries: 4–8 business days

  • Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 4–8 business days

  • United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We cover all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes so you never face unexpected charges at delivery. However:

❌ Failed Delivery or Order Cancellation

Missing Packages

    • Photos of the delivery area

    • A signed lost package affidavit (we’ll provide a form)

Damaged Parcels

  • Take photos before opening

  • Keep all original packaging

    • Order number

    • Images of damage and packaging

    • Description of the issue

⚖️ Limitations of Liability

Lunubi is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery

  • Issues caused by force majeure, including:

    • Natural disasters

    • Customs delays

    • Transport disruptions or labour strikes

    • Civil unrest or war

    • Government restrictions

    • Pandemics or technology failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.

Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Address Verification: Billing and shipping addresses must match

  • High-risk orders may require ID verification

  • High-value orders may require signature upon delivery

  • Tamper-proof packaging is used for sensitive items
