At Lunubi, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. That’s why we offer a 75-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive your order.

How to request a return:

You have up to 75 days after delivery to contact us at:

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions for returning your item.

Non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Flammable or hazardous goods

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with any tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
